Location
Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was really great, right by the beach, and the amenities were quite nice, the service left a lot to be desired. The rooms were not in great condition and took an unusually long time to get ready. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I expected a bit more for the price I paid.
I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the spacious and comfortable rooms with a nice touch of having my own butler service. However, I did feel that the dining experience left some room for improvement, and I encountered a couple of service hiccups. The pool area was enjoyable and the location was great, right by the beach for easy access to both relaxation and activities. Overall, it offers good value but could work on some areas.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is really nice with great pools and a fantastic splash park for kids. However, the rooms felt a bit dated and are quite a distance from the beach. The service was disappointing overall, as it was disorganized and some staff members were quite rude. On the positive side, the dining options were enjoyable, especially breakfast.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, plus the fact that I had access to my own butler was a real treat. I did find the beach and lobby restaurants a tad dated compared to the rest of the property. The service was warm, but I encountered some inexperienced staff which caused a few hiccups. Overall, a lovely stay despite a couple of drawbacks!
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were impressive—clean and spacious—with great views. However, the service really let it down at times, especially during check-in. The location had its perks, but the layout was quite confusing, making it easy to get lost. Dining options were pretty good, especially at Rumba, which I enjoyed, but the breakfast routine felt more like a sales pitch than a meal.
